User-Generated Content That Breaks Out of the Feed

This week we’re spotlighting MoveOn! They launched a rapid-response mobile billboard campaign in South Dakota and DC to put pressure on lawmakers to defund ICE. In their outreach, they embedded a SoSha toolkit with the user-generated content feature enabled, inviting supporters to upload selfies to show their support.

The result: a mobile billboard with bold graphics featuring real people behind the message. It’s a strong example of how user-generated content from SoSha can extend beyond social posts and power larger, offline moments.

And when supporters see themselves, the message carries more weight and travels further.
