Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our service. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

In addition to any other remedies it may have, either party may terminate this Agreement on fifteen (15) days’ notice (or without notice in the case of nonpayment) to the other if the other party fails to perform any material obligation hereunder or otherwise commits a material or persistent breach or violation of a provision of this Agreement and, in the case of a breach capable of being remedied, shall have failed to remedy such breach or violation within ten (10) business days following receipt of notice specifying the nature of the breach or violation. In case of early termination of this Agreement because of Company’s breach of the terms herein, Customer will pay in full for the Services up to and including the last day on which the Services are provided.

Once made, any Payment shall not be refunded or refundable to Customer for any reason except as may be required pursuant to section 7.2 of our terms of service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in case of clerical error with respect to any payment made under the Agreement, the Parties agree to remedy any such error through proper payment adjustments.

Delivery Policy
Our subscription service provides access to the SoSha platform immediately upon successful payment. There are no physical goods or shipping involved.

Return Policy
As our service is digital in nature, it cannot be "returned." However, we are committed to resolving any issues. If you experience any problems with our service, please reach out to our support team at [email protected], and we will work to address your concerns.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Please note the following:

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the subscription period ends.

We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
