Through a new integration with SoSha, Empower Project is bringing Social Media Toolkits directly into the Empower App to provide organizers a new way to turn supporter networks into measurable digital reach.
The new feature adds social media amplification to the workflows already used by more than 1,500 organizations nationwide through Empower.
With Social Media Toolkits, organizations can give supporters, volunteers, organizers, and community members ready-to-share content they can then personalize and post from their own social channels.

Empower Project understands that effective organizing depends on people, relationships, and trust. Social media amplification is a natural extension of relational organizing. Instead of asking supporters to post from scratch, organizers can now make it easier for their communities to share timely updates, calls to action, rapid-response messages, and campaign content in their own voice.
This launch comes at an important moment as the 2026 midterm elections are expected to see more than $10 billion in political media spending, making it the most expensive non-presidential cycle in U.S. history, according to projections from Kinetiq Political Insights.
As the media environment gets louder, Empower is helping organizations meet the moment with a strategy rooted in what organizing has always done best: activating trusted messengers.
With Social Media Toolkits now live in the Empower App, users can:
Quickly draft and share social media posts
Customize content for their own voice and audience
Respond to rapid-response moments faster
Share organizing updates and calls to action more consistently
Engage their personal networks across social platforms
For teams preparing for 2026, this is a way to connect the strength of relational organizing with the online conversations shaping voter perception, community trust, and political action.

We are excited to partner with Empower as they continue building tools that help organizers turn relationships and networks into real-world impact.
The feature is now live in the Empower App and is free of charge for 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, and labor organizations. Affordable plans are available for political parties, PACs, and candidates.
